2. No Refund Policy

• All purchases and payments made for custom AI development, AI products, consulting, and subscriptions are final and non-refundable.

• Since our services involve customized AI solutions, substantial time and resources are invested in each project, making refunds infeasible.

• We do not offer refunds for:

  • Subscription fees once the billing cycle has started.

  • One-time service payments once the engagement has begun.

  • Custom AI development or integration projects at any stage.

3. No Cancellation Policy

• Once an order for custom AI solutions, development, or consulting services is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.

• Subscription services may be stopped for future billing cycles, but no refunds will be provided for the current cycle.

• Project-based services are non-cancelable, and full payment is required as per the agreed contract.

4. Exceptions

Aviara Labs may consider exceptions in the following rare cases:

• Duplicate payments due to system errors will be refunded after verification.

• If Aviara Labs is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen internal circumstances, a resolution will be provided at our discretion.
