2. No Refund Policy
All purchases and payments made for Aviara Connect subscriptions are final and non-refundable.
Substantial time and resources are invested in each project, making refunds infeasible.
We do not offer refunds for:
Subscription fees once the billing cycle has started.
One-time service payments once the engagement has begun.
3. Exceptions
Aviara Labs may consider exceptions in the following rare cases:
Duplicate payments due to system errors will be refunded after verification.
If Aviara Labs cannot deliver the agreed-upon software due to unforeseen internal circumstances, a resolution will be provided at our discretion.
4. Changes to Policy
